Vodka Ginger Honey Lemonade

Ingredients
½ oz vodka
¾ oz homemade ginger honey (pureed ginger mixed with honey)
½ oz fresh squeezed Paramount Citrus lemons
½ oz simple syrup
---------------------------------
garnish: 1 lemon peel
Directions
In mixing tin add vodka and ginger honey. Add ice and shake. Combine lemon juice and simple syrup separately. Pour over ice into a tall Collins glass, add lemon juice and simple syrup. Garnish with lemon peel.
