Violet Sunset

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Belvedere Vodka
9 blueberries (3 for garnish)
6 mint leaves
1 oz fresh squeezed Paramount Citrus lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
club soda

garnish: 3 blueberries
Directions
Muddle berries and mint in a mixing tin with a splash of club soda. Add fresh squeezed Paramount Citrus lemon juice and simple syrup. Add ice and vodka. Shake to mix and splash soda. Pour into bucket glass. Garnish with 3 speared blueberries.
