Venetian Sour Chef

Serves: 1 cocktail

Ingredients

¾ oz fresh squeezed Paramount Citrus lemon juice
1 egg white
1 ¾ oz House Infused Strawberry Vodka
¾ oz Aperol Liqueur
¾ oz simple syrup
---------------------------------
garnish: ½ strawberry

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into ice-filled margarita bucket. Garnish with strawberry half.
