Royal Regatta Chef

Serves: 1 cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz Pimm’s No. 1
2 oz Square One Cucumber Vodka
2 oz JCT fresh lemonade (recipe below)
---------------------------------
garnish: several cucumber slices

Directions

Combine all in a rocks glass with plenty of ice. Toss briefly in a cocktail shaker and garnish with several cucumber slices.

JCT Lemonade

1 part fresh squeezed Paramount Citrus lemon juice
1 part rich simple syrup (sugar in just enough boiling water to fully dissolve)
2 parts cold water
---------------------------------
garnish: 1 slice Paramount Citrus lemon

Combine all ingredients and serve tall with lots of ice and a sugar-rimmed glass.
