Oysters On The Half Shell In A Pummelo Liquor

Ingredients
12 oysters on the half shell
Juice of one pummelo
Chives, finely chopped
Kosher salt and pepper to sprinkle
Directions
Pour the liquor off of the shells into a mixing bowl. Add the pummelo juice. Place three oysters on each plate. Spoon the Pummelo juice and oyster liquor over each one. Sprinkle each with kosher salt, pepper, and chives. Enjoy.
