Orange Yogurt Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Juice from 2 Paramount Citrus oranges
2 Paramount Citrus oranges supreme segmented* and cut into cubes
1 cup pineapple
½ cup celery, sliced
1 lb. rotini pasta, cooked according to instructions and drained
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup walnut halves

Directions
• Juice two oranges with a citrus reamer or juicer; set aside.
• *Supreme segment two oranges. Cube segments and set aside.
• In a large salad bowl mix pasta with orange, pineapple and celery.
• In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, fresh orange juice and honey.
• Toss pasta and sauce.
• Cover and chill for a few hours.
• Add walnut halves just before serving.
