Orange Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 banana
½ raspberries
¼ c. ice
1 c. vanilla yogurt
Pinch of nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add flax powder, protein powder, or spirulina powder to boost the nutritional punch that this smoothie packs.
