Orange Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Zest from 1 Paramount Citrus orange
Juice from 2 Paramount Citrus oranges
9-inch round unbaked pie shell
1 lb. canned pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Zest an orange using a zester or a fine grater; set aside.
• Juice two oranges with a citrus reamer or juicer; set aside.
• In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pie pastry and mix.
• Pour into the pie shell.
• Bake at 400F for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350F and bake for an extra 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
• Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack and serve.
