Orange Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
zest from 1 Paramount Citrus orange
2 cups milk
4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, grated
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
pinch of cinnamon and vanilla powder to taste
Directions
• Zest an orange using a zester or a fine grater; set aside.
• In a saucepan, combine milk, grated chocolate and orange zest.
• Heat this mixture, but do not let it boil.
• Whisk until foamy then remove from heat.
• Sprinkle vanilla and cinnamon to taste and serve hot.
