Orange Five Spice Butter

Ingredients
2 lbs. butter
2 oz. garlic, mashed to a paste
½ c. chopped cilantro
Finely grated zest of 1 orange
2 oz. orange juice
2 tsp. five spice
1 tsp. salt
Directions
User the paddle attachment of a mixer, beat the butter until smooth. Add all ingredients and continue until well mixed. Roll the butter into a cylinder in a sheet of parchment or waxed paper and then wrapped in plastic wrap. Freeze. Serve ¼inch slices over Grilled Clementine Salmon.
