Orange Cream Mold

Ingredients
2 envelopes gelatin
1 tbsp. water
1 ¼ c. fresh squeezed orange juice
2/3 c. vanilla yogurt
¼ tsp. ground clove
Directions
Put the gelatin and water in a heatproof glass and stand in a pan of hot water. Stir well until the gelatin becomes syrupy. Remove from heat and cool two minutes. Place the orange juice, clove, and yogurt in a mixing bowl. Pour in the gelatin mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into four small bowls and chill two hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and a couple of orange segments for garnish.
