Orange Chocolate Soup

Ingredients
Juice from 3 Paramount Citrus oranges
6 ounces white or dark chocolate, chopped
Fresh mint leaves and orange slices for garnishing
Directions
• Juice three oranges with a citrus reamer or juicer; set aside.
• In a sauce pan, over very low heat, bring the fresh orange juice to a boil.
• In a medium heat proof bowl, place the chopped chocolate and pour the orange juice over. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
• Can be served hot or chilled.
• To serve chilled, transfer soup to a container and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
• Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
• Garnish with fresh mint leaves and orange slices.
