Orange and Lemon Jelly VegetarianQuick

Ingredients

Juice from 8 Paramount Citrus oranges
Juice from 2 Paramount Citrus lemon
2 envelopes gelatin
½ cup water
½ cup of sugar

Directions

• Juice eight oranges with a citrus reamer or juicer; set aside.
• Juice two lemons with a citrus reamer or juicer; set aside.
• In a large bowl filled with ½ cup water, soften gelatin for 1 minute.
• Mix the juices in a large container.
• In a large saucepan, add 1 cup of juice mixture, bring to a boil and add gelatin and sugar, stirring constantly until the gelatin is dissolved.
• Add the remaining juice and stir well to combine.
• Remove from heat and pour mixture into molds and chill for 6-8 hours until set.
• To serve, dip the bottom of each mold in very hot water and turn out onto serving plates.
