Lemon Kalamata Mary

Ingredients
Juice and zest of lemon
4 parts tomato juice
½ tsp. horseradish
1 part kalamata olive brine
1 part vodka (optional)
1 tsp. Frank’s Red Hot or Tabasco (whichever is one’s preference)
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
6 kalamata olives, for garnish
2 lemon slices, for garnish
2 long, cleaned celery sticks, for garnish
Directions
Mix lemon zest, lemon juice, tomato juice, horseradish, olive brine, vodka, hot sauce, and black pepper over ice in a shaker. Shake and serve in chilled martini glasses with three kalamata olives per glass, one slice of lemon perched on the lip of the glass, and the celery stalk placed across the top of the glass.
