Lemon Garlic Lamb Chops

Ingredients
Juice from 2 Paramount Citrus lemons
8 lamb chops
4 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped, stems off
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
• Juice two lemons with a citrus reamer or juicer; set aside.
• Poke holes all over the lamb chops, to absorb the marinade well.
• In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together including lamb chops.
• Refrigerate covered for about 3-5 hours.
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Place lamb chops on rack over aluminum pan.
• Bake for 45 minutes and serve.
