Lemon, Caviar, and Smoked Paprika Tatine

Ingredients
1 baguette cut into ¼ inch slices
2 lemons, sliced in paper thin slices (with peel)
4 tbsp. vodka
1 ½ tsp. smoked paprika
½ c. salted butter
1 jar caviar of choice
Directions
Slice the lemons, or use a mandoline, into paper thin slices. Soak these in the vodka for at least two hours. Mix softened butter with smoked paprika and set aside. Slice baguette into slices. Spread slices with the paprika butter. Drain the lemon on paper towels. Place a thin slice of the lemon on top of the butter. Place a small spoonful of caviar on lemon slice. Serve immediately.
