Lemon Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients
Juice from 1 Paramount Citrus lemon
6 slices Ciabbatta or your choice of other thick bread, ½ inch thick
2 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
• Juice a lemon with a citrus reamer or juicer and set aside.
• Grill the bread slices over a grill pan or put under broiler, checking often until each side gets brown.
• Rub both sides of the grilled bread with garlic. (If you prefer less garlic, then only rub one side)
• In a small bowl mix the fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
• Brush the bread slices with the mixture.
• Sprinkle with fresh basil, salt and ground.
• Black pepper to taste.
• Serve immediately.
