Lemon And Olive Oil Marinade Au Poivre

Ingredients
½ c. extra virgin olive oil
1 c. white wine
Zest of 2 lemons
1 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tbsp. fine herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon, thyme, oregano, and chervil) minced
1 tbsp. cracked black pepper
½ tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients, whisking thoroughly. Place chicken or fish in and marinate overnight. Grill and serve.
