Kentucky Buck

Ingredients
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
¾ oz Paramount Citrus lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 muddled strawberry
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Dash of ginger beer
---------------------------------
Garnish: Paramount Citrus lemon wheel
Directions
Shake and strain into collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon wheel.
