High Protein Citrus Tofu Breakfast in a Cup

2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
½ c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ c. fresh raspberries
2 tbsp. honey
½ c. extra soft, silken tofu
½ c. Almond or vanilla soy milk
1 tsp. high quality vanilla
½ c. ice cubes
Directions
Blend until smooth in a blender. Serve immediately
