Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
1 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. ginger, grated
6 c. boiling water
Juice of 10 lemons
Directions
Mix sugar and ginger into boiling water. Add the juice of the ten lemons and the empty peels of two lemons into the hot mixture. Let that mixture cool and the flavors marry. After the liquid is cool, strain out the ginger and lemon peel. Serve over ice with a lemon slice as a garnish.
