Eureka Lemonade

Ingredients
1 ½ oz fresh squeezed Paramount Citrus lemon juice
½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water, heat to combine, then cool and store in refrigerator)
1 ½ oz quality light-bodied amber rum (Matusalem Classico or Cruzan Dark)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
2 oz good-quality ginger ale (such as Fever Tree)

garnish: lemon wedge or twist and mint sprig
Directions
Combine first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with cubed ice and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with lemon and mint sprig.
