Elderflower Peach Lemonade with Fresh Mint

Ingredients
¾ oz St. Germain
¾ oz peach puree
½ oz crème de peche
½ oz fresh squeezed Paramount Citrus lemons
½ oz simple syrup
---------------------------------
garnish: 1 mint sprig
Directions
In mixing tin add St. Germain, peach puree and crème de peche. Add ice and shake. Pour over ice into a tall Collins glass, add lemon juice and simple syrup. Garnish with sprig of mint.
