Curried Orange Asparagus

Ingredients
2 lbs. asparagus
Olive oil
Juice of 1 orange
½ c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Break off woody ends of asparagus and discard them. Spread asparagus on a sheet pan with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until tender and roasted. In a bowl, combine orange juice, mayonnaise, and curry powder. Salt and pepper the sauce to taste. Drizzle sauce over asparagus. Serve immediately.
