Citrus Muesli With Yogurt

Ingredients
1c. rolled oats
¼ c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. dried milk solids (powdered milk)
2 tbsp. honey
2 c. milk or almond milk
1/3 c. pitted dates, chopped
3 tbsp. seedless raisins
½ c. chopped pistachios
2 orange, cut in *supreme segments
1 pummelo, cut into supreme segments
1 c. blueberries
1 ¼ c. plain yogurt (one may substitute vanilla if preferred)

Directions
In a bowl, combine the oats, wheat germ, dried milk solids, honey, milk, dates, raisins, and pistachios. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide into four bowls. Top with the fruit and yogurt and serve.
