Citrus Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
1 flank steak
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt/Pepper to taste
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Zest and juice of 2 oranges
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
Directions
In a bowl or a plastic bag large enough to hold the flank steak for marinating, season both sides of the flank steak with the chili powder, salt and pepper. Grate the zest from the citrus fruit, squeeze the juice from the citrus fruit and add to the steak. Add the minced garlic and fresh cilantro to the marinating bag with the flank steak. Marinate the steak for at least 4 hours or over night. Grill or pan sear the flank steak to the desired temperature. To serve, slice the flank steak on the bias. Goes well in fajitas or with rice pilaf and corn.
