Citrus Honey Sparkle Chef

Serves: 1 cocktail

Ingredients

3 sprigs fresh lemon balm or fresh mint leaves
1 ½ oz Purity Vodka or other high-quality vodka
¾ oz fresh squeezed Paramount Citrus lemons
½ oz Honey Syrup (recipe below)

1 oz brut champagne or sparkling wine
garnish: small sprig of fresh lemon balm or lemon twist

Directions

Tear and drop herb sprigs into a cocktail shaker. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Measure in the vodka, lemon juice and honey syrup. Cap and shake vigorously.

Strain cocktail into a large martini glass. Top with chilled champagne. Garnish with fresh lemon twist.

Honey Syrup
½ cup local honey
½ cup hot water

Combine ingredients until dissolved.
Store covered in refrigerator for up to 7 days
