Broiled Pummelo

Ingredients
4 pummelos
1 c. water
¼ c. triple-sec liquor
½ c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. unsalted butter, cold
Juice of one pummelo
Pinch of salt (to taste)
Directions
Slice three of the pummelos in half. Juice the fourth and reserve for sauce. Place the juice in a saucepan along with the water, triple sec, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer until reduced by half. Add the honey and the butter. Salt to taste. Spoon over the pummelo halves and broil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
