Braised Cabbage in Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
juice from 2 Paramount Citrus lemons
1 lb. green cabbage, washed, cleaned and quartered
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
• Juice two lemons with a citrus reamer or juicer; set aside.
• Cut cabbage quarters into 1-1/2-inch slices.
• In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté cabbage for 3–5 minutes.
• Add fresh lemon juice and hot water; cook covered over medium heat for 10 minutes, until tender.
• Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve.
