Our innovative R&D team is constantly perfecting our growing techniques and post harvest practices to ship the best fruit to our customers. We can only do this because of our understanding of consumers and their preferences, and applying that knowledge with our customers’ needs. - Post-harvest reviews use advanced testing for sugar and acid levels to ensure consistency and taste profiles for each shipment
- Statistical process control in each packinghouse
- Innovative electronic grading (visual and weight) of every piece of fruit prior to packaging
